Jyushimatsu Matsuno | Osomatsu-san
Powers: consistently cheerful, he is the fastest!, strong enough to lift his brothers (and possibly other people)
and hurl them, able to withstand a lot of pain/punishment, possible ressurrection powers?, fourth-wallingDon'ts: i want to thread everything
Salamandinay | Cross Ange
Powers: Those little wings on her back can expand a couple times over, enough to allow her to fly.
She can also turn into a dragon straight up, strong enough to damage a smallish mech, usually requiring numbers to actually down them. She's large enough to comfortably carry a human rider in this form. If she doesn't get naked first she'll totally Hulk her clothes
Don'ts: Bring me your weird!
Anders | Dragon Age
Powers: Lots of magic, basically. He specializes in healing, with a big helping of fire, ice, and lightning on the side, plus a few spells that utilize a form of very blunt telekinetic force, more or less. He's also totally possessed, so characters sensitive to general spirity things or mind-readers might pick up on that.
Don'ts: Other than the obvious, just run any darker/heavier stuff by me, first, please! Otherwise, I'm pretty open, and there are no specific areas to avoid.

Powers: ULTIMATE TSUKKOMI POWERS, high durability, possible resurrection? Occasionally causes letters to spontaneously combust
Don'ts: Nothing that will result in any sort of permanent, crippling psychological or physical damage without talking with me, really, but I'm good otherwise.
Marinette Dupain-Cheng | Miraculous Ladybug
Powers: Well as a superhero she has powers, but since she won't be coming with her Kwami, she will just be your normal everyday clumsy human girl
Don'ts: I'm pretty content with all the things! Please lets all have fun!
Adrien Agreste // Miraculous Ladybug
Powers: He's pretty much just a normal guy. He has a Miraculous and the ability to turn into the superhero Chat Noir, but he can't do that without Plagg, his Kwami. If he could turn into Chat Noir, though, he'd have the power of destruction and bad luck.
Don'ts: Open to pretty much anything! [ More here ]
Kagura | Gintama
Powers: Kagura is a little alien girl who is super strong. She works hard to control her strength, but she does forget sometimes... or lose her cool and hulk out on people every once in a while. I make it a point to talk it over with other players before anything like that comes up though!
She also heals super fast and she has a big umbrella that is also a gun! But she's weak to sunlight if that helps.
Don'ts: I think smut is literally my only don't. If we're talking death or dismemberment, a discussion would be good. Otherwise, I'm happy!
Karamatsu Matsuno | Osomatsu-san
Powers: 4th walling + self awareness as a character, also weirdo resurrection powers (???? exp: oh, Karamatsu has just died but then appears in the next post), painful lines for you to read and this is my apology for things he says in advance. Let me know if you're not cool with something.
Don'ts: give me your worst. cause him unfortunate pain. it's what he is here for.

Powers: Breaking the 4th wall, combat/swordfighting abilities, master at kenjutsu, he is/was a cop so he knows seemingly random stuff about laws and stuff (seemingly random because he comes off as someone who doesn't pay attention to such things), very interested in sadism (so he knows things like voodooism and how to use whips and knowledge of BDSM)
Don'ts: Just no killing. Everything is fine!

North Italy | Hetalia
Powers: Being a personified nation Italy has a lengthened lifespan, the ability to heal at a different rate and he kind of warps the way time works around other people if he is close to them for long periods of time.
Don'ts: Nothing I could think of!

Germany | Axis Powers Hetalia
Powers:He doesn't really have any 'special' abilities, I don't think. He's good at yelling and I suppose there's other typical country stuff? Good constitution and healing stuff as well as being seemingly ageless.
Don'ts: No killing, but I'm all for negative CR! If you aren't sure, feel free to contact me and we can work something out!
Ruby Rose | RWBY
Powers: Above-average agility, endurance, and strength, a unique power that allows her to move quickly, almost to the point where it seems like she’s teleporting and sometimes leaves behind a cloud of rose petals when she does. Also has her customizable scythe/rifle.
Don'ts: Nothing too dark and goes to the extremes, please and thanks! Other don'ts are elaborated here.

Powers: Weird gag anime resurrection, fourth-walling, intense ability to hate himself with the passion of a thousand suns. Cats. Cat-whisperer, probably cat-kin, has legitimately stated he would get a species change to a cat. A furry. Sometimes turns into a cat. There's a lot, I'll be making him his own Permissions post to link here when I'm done with it. /)__(\
